Technical education from a college/university or equivalent, experience leading and driving improvement initiatives, knowledge of systems, processes, methods, and tools used in product development, practical workshop experience, good oral and written proficiency in Swedish and English, proficiency in MS Office, strong problem-solving skills with the creativity to propose effective adaptation solutions, ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments in parallel, and deliver results on time.
