Position Summary:
The IT Support Technician will provide first-level technical support for desktop systems, applications, and hardware within the Lebanon facility. This role is essential in maintaining smooth operations on the production floor and supporting team members with day-to-day IT needs. The successful candidate will assist in implementing software and hardware updates, troubleshoot technical issues, and support IT aspects of production-related projects.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or technical training in IT preferred.
0–2 years of experience in a technical support, help desk, or desktop support role.
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking fundamentals, and common desktop applications.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a manufacturing/production environment.
A+ or similar IT certifications, preferred.
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial facility.
Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 40 lbs.
Must be able to move throughout the facility including production floor areas.
Occasional kneeling, crouching, or climbing to access hardware.
Work Environment:
Mix of office and production floor settings.
May require occasional after-hours support or weekend work depending on production schedules or system maintenance needs.
