Service Delivery Manager - Infrastructure
Location(s): Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory all critical infrastructure components and fully map dependencies into the CMDB
- Ensure monitoring is in place for critical infrastructure and applications, including clear process definitions and responsibilities (alert types, priority levels, training on tools like Datadog, SLAs)
- Ensure contingency plans are in place for all applications and clear RTO/RPO definitions for business and mission critical applications
- Address, validate, and test Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans to ensure alignment with audit, compliance, and resilience requirements
- Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure supporting service delivery
- Monitor infrastructure performance and implement proactive alerting systems
- Ensure infrastructure aligns with agreed service levels and client expectations
- Coordinate infrastructure changes through proper change management processes
- Support incident response and problem resolution activities
- Document infrastructure configurations and maintain technical documentation
