Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations.
Lead the preparation, submission, tracking and closing of quotations and proposal.
Manage and respond to customer opportunities, issues, and complaints in a timely manner.
Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of relevant applications and value proposition and the ability to effectively articulate these internally and to prospects and customers.
Collect market information/data (competition, pricing, new products, technologies, trends, etc.)
Make sales presentations to customers; Conduct ongoing customer needs analysis, research of customer requirements.
Responsible for sales improvement initiatives and other assigned action items.
Collaborate with Service in supporting and meet customers' requirements.
