Product Marketing Manager, Supply & Partnerships

We're seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Product Marketing Manager, Supply & Partnerships to lead go-to-market strategy, solution packaging, and partner enablement across Perion's publisher, supply, and partnership ecosystem.
This role turns complex supply-side capabilities into clear, compelling value for publishers, SSPs, and third-party partners, while ensuring integration readiness, market relevance, and consistent execution across teams. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Partnerships/BD, Commercial, and Marketing to ensure Perion's supply narrative is differentiated, competitive, and understood across the market.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Leadership
- Own the full GTM lifecycle for supply and partnership initiatives, including value props, packaging, pricing narratives, launch plans, and KPIs.
- Develop commercialization strategies for new supply integrations, marketplace features, and partner offerings.
- Analyze post-launch performance to refine messaging and commercialization.
Publisher, SSP & Partner Messaging
- Build and continuously evolve Perion's value proposition for publishers, SSPs, and ecosystem partners (yield, demand quality, outcomes, sustainability, creative differentiation).
- Develop differentiated narratives and materials- briefs, one-pagers, pitch decks, site copy for publishers, SSPs, and reseller channels.
Sales & Partner Enablement
- Build enablement toolkits (playbooks, FAQs, demos, case studies, battlecards).
- Train internal teams and external partners on key messages, differentiation, and product capabilities.
- Support strategic pitches and partner-facing engagements with tailored materials and insights.
Partner-Led GTM Support
- Support third-party partners through partner-ready messaging, product education, and co-marketing content.
- Develop solution guides, pitch materials, partner updates, and enablement assets that ensure clear, consistent execution.
- Collaborate with Partnerships/BD to support partner activation, engagement, and ongoing communication.
Market Intelligence & Insights
- Maintain POVs on supply-side trends (CTV/OLV, retail media, identity/privacy, MFA/traffic quality, sustainability, curation etc).
- Deliver competitive intel and insights to support supply and partnership teams.
- Synthesize customer, market, and competitive insights
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product, Partnerships, Commercial, and Marketing teams to shape roadmaps, validate product-market fit, and align GTM priorities.
Launch Execution & Measurement
- Coordinate launches with Brand/Comms, Activation, and Demand teams.
- Build case studies and performance narratives; define GTM KPIs, create dashboards and reporting loops.
- Ensure cohesive GTM execution across global and regional teams.
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years in product marketing, supply-side marketing, partnership marketing or related adtech/martech roles.
- Deep understanding of the publisher and supply ecosystem
- Proven GTM ownership across full product lifecycle.
- Strong storytelling, cross-functional leadership, analytical skills, and comfort operating in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.

- Strong presentation design and exceptional written communication
Base: $120,000-$140,000
