About this opportunity:
This role will be tasked with improving publisher onboarding, creating positive and educational experiences as well as work through the complex and intriguing kinks of OOH publishing. This will also be a great opportunity for someone who enjoys streamlining processes and who has a knack for putting structure into action.
Your main responsibilities:
- Manage and understand client expectations and motivations for using Hivestack to lead them to satisfaction.
- Oversee onboarding of Hivestack's new supply-side clients in accordance with internal prioritization while building strong customer relationships; keep internal and external stakeholders informed of progress.
- Identify and respond to internal and external onboarding roadblocks to ensure smooth implementation and launch; facilitate resolution.
- Facilitate communication between clients and Hivestack's Integration Specialists and Platform Specialists.
- Train clients to effectively use the Hivestack platform.
- Identify gaps in Hivestack's client-facing knowledge base.
- Communicate client feedback to Product Management to help identify potential new features and products. Establish and monitor client KPIs; share with internal stakeholders.
- Provide backup for Hivestack client support queue by making sure we respect our deliverables on time.
- Keep client information in CRM up to date, document client requirements and interactions.
- Take initiatives in identifying growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated custom reporting tools to meet complex client needs, utilizing advanced data visualization and automation techniques.
- Debug and optimize complex scripts using multiple programming languages (JavaScript, Python, etc.) for troubleshooting and automation.
- Manage, configure, and troubleshoot VAST tags for precise video ad delivery and performance tracking.
- Leverage advanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and reporting; create optimized queries to ensure efficient data processing.
- Design, implement, and maintain API integrations for seamless client automation and data synchronization, leveraging RESTful APIs.
Profile we are looking for:
- Relevant Technical Account Management experience or any equivalent experience.
- Proven experience with CRMs (preferably Salesforce) and maintaining up-to-date client information.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in developing, maintaining, and automating advanced custom reporting tools.
- Advanced experience debugging and optimizing scripts in multiple programming languages.
- Expertise with VAST tags, their configuration, and troubleshooting in video advertising environments.
- Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization, data transformation, and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with API development, including RESTful APIs for automation and integration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate complex information to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects.
- Team player with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
