Territory Sales Manager
Total Mechanical Service is seeking a driven Territory Sales Representative to fuel new business growth and build strong customer relationships in the commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment service industry. This is a hybrid position; however, team member will need to travel to Troy, IL regularly to visit the home branch for meetings, training, etc...
Your Mission
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing, achieving territory goals
- Grow existing customer relationships by offering our full suite of services
- Engage prospects through in-person visits, calls, and emails
- Build and maintain a targeted pipeline of qualified leads
- Recommend service solutions that keep customers' equipment running efficiently
- Minimal overnight travel

What We're Looking For
- Proven sales success; food service industry experience a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly motivated, organized and professional with great interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 30% within the territory
- Completion of a successful background check and drug screen
- Driving record must align with our safety standards
- Must be 18 years of age
