Territory Sales Manager

Total Mechanical Service is seeking a driven Territory Sales Representative to fuel new business growth and build strong customer relationships in the commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment service industry. If you're passionate about sales and ready to make an impact, we should talk!

This is a hybrid position; however, team member will need to travel to Troy, IL regularly to visit the home branch for meetings, training, etc...

Your Mission

  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing, achieving territory goals
  • Grow existing customer relationships by offering our full suite of services
  • Engage prospects through in-person visits, calls, and emails
  • Build and maintain a targeted pipeline of qualified leads
  • Recommend service solutions that keep customers' equipment running efficiently
  • Minimal overnight travel

What We're Looking For

  • Proven sales success; food service industry experience a plus
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly motivated, organized and professional with great interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel up to 30% within the territory
  • Completion of a successful background check and drug screen
  • Driving record must align with our safety standards
  • Must be 18 years of age
