Service Support Specialist
Join our team as a Service Support Specialist and help keep our operations running smoothly. In this fast-paced, multitasking role, you'll coordinate service calls for our service technicians, support customers, and assist with parts and warehouse tasks as needed.
Hours are Mon-Friday 7:30am-4pm at our wonderful office Des Moines, IA. Full time 40 hours a week. Pay rate starts at $18.00/hour and up depending on work experience and skill set.
What You'll Do:
- Dispatch technicians based on customer needs and schedules
- Communicate with customers to coordinate service and follow-up
- Enter service orders, update records, and invoice completed jobs
- Order and track parts needed for service jobs
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and organizing inventory
- Support counter customers and help with shop repairs or parts orders
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to follow through independently
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of related experience
- Successful completion of background check and drug screen required
