Needham Heights, MA | Full-Time | Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
This is an in-person position
$27.00–$31.00/hour (based on experience)
Love solving problems and keeping things moving? We're hiring a Customer Service Specialist with energy, organization, and a "get it done" attitude. You'll be the voice our customers hear and the behind-the-scenes hero managing service calls, schedules, and updates, keeping everything running smoothly. We'll appreciate you for it!
You'll never have the same day twice, but here's what your day will usually include:
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Skilled at multitasking and staying calm under pressure
Able to work independently and thrive in a team
Self-motivated, quick to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting
Experience with third-party billing and ERP software (preferred)
Mostly office-based work
Occasional light lifting of office supplies or boxes
A mix of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day
Using computers, phones, and standard office equipment
