Our team currently consists of software developers who also manage IT support and infrastructure. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated IT Support Specialist to provide competent support to our employees in the office, salons, and e-commerce, and actively shape our IT infrastructure.

In this exciting position, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks in first-level support, system administration, and the maintenance of our networks and devices – all in an environment that values innovation, personal responsibility, and team spirit.

PerfectHair.ch is looking for an engaged IT Support & System Administration (m/w/d) 60-80% starting immediately or by agreement.

What you do:

• First-level support for our employees in the office, salons, and e-commerce team (hardware, software, Microsoft 365, VPN)
• Maintenance of IT infrastructure in our five hairdressing salons (WLAN, networks, appointment software, workstation computers)
• Setup and management of laptops and devices (Microsoft Entra ID)
• Administration of our firewall and VPN solutions for home office (WireGuard)
• Maintenance and development of our NAS system
• Technical documentation and maintenance of IT guidelines
• Assistance in coordinating and managing external IT service providers
• Participation in exciting IT projects to optimize our infrastructure

What you bring:

• Completed training in IT (e.g., system technician) or comparable qualification
• Experience in IT support (first level, second level)
• Very good knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft Entra ID / M365
• Experience with network technology (WLAN, switches), firewalls, and VPNs
• Ideally experience with IT support for branch locations or remote offices
• Structured and independent working style with a high level of service orientation
• Good German language skills, ideally also English language skills
