✨ About The Role

- Responsible for owning the planning, execution, and promotion of live customer and partner tradeshows, events, and brand activations - Develop and manage a mix of external event initiatives, from local offline community events to larger tradeshow and conference-style activations - Represent the brand by interacting with customers, partners, and prospects at selected events - Identify key stakeholders and coordinate support for events through collaboration with other teams such as sales, support, creative, and marketing - Maintain a calendar for confirmed events and activations, understanding the small business and key vertical industry events landscape, and providing recommendations for new opportunities to grow brand awareness through partnerships, events, and activations - Manage relationships with external vendors, lead strategy and development of brand partnership programs, set clear goals, report on key performance indicators, and provide recommendations for improvement and optimization

âš¡ Requirements

- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of brand marketing experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, ideally with 3-5 years of event planning experience - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously - Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders - Comfortable with data analysis and making recommendations based on insights - Experienced operator with a proven ability to identify opportunities and drive actions to pursue them - Strong collaborator with a track record of results working cross-functionally - Self-starter who can operate with limited guidance but knows when to seek help and communicate effectively with leadership - Flexible, adaptable, and accountable individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a collaborative team - Willingness to travel up to 30% for the role
