Customer Partnership & Advocacy
Team Leadership & Capability Building (leading a team of 5 people)
Identifying new sales opportunities and areas for further cooperation
Developing growth strategies and preparing annual customer plans based on the provided guidelines
Building long-term business relationships with customers
Responsibility for customer profitability and return on investments/projects
Managing promotional/support budgets
Ongoing execution of sales agreements with customers
Planning and implementing promotional campaigns
Close cooperation with internal departments (finance, marketing, logistics) to optimize sales activities.
Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, including at least 5 years in Key Account Management within the modern trade channel.
Negotiation skills and experience in exceeding defined sales targets.
Knowledge in category management, trade marketing, finance, logistics, and sales promotion
Demonstrated experience in both established multinational companies and fast-growth or scale-up environments—comfortable navigating structure and entrepreneurial agility
Strong influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience managing senior retail/customer relationships.
Ability to drive change, challenge the status quo, and introduce bold, disruptive commercial approaches.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to represent the business externally with authority and credibility.
