ServiceNow Architect Opportunity

PepsiCo is seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect with deep expertise in enterprise integrations to lead the solution design, architectural governance, and integration strategy of our ServiceNow platform. This role is critical in ensuring seamless connectivity between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, enabling efficient data flow, automation, and digital transformation across the organization.

Your impact as a ServiceNow Architect would consist of:

  • Define and maintain the ServiceNow integration architecture, ensuring alignment with PepsiCo's enterprise systems and strategic goals.
  • Lead solution design reviews for integrations, ensuring proposed approaches adhere to architectural standards and best practices.
  • Develop and enforce integration standards, guardrails, and design guidelines to ensure consistency, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Provide technical advisory and support to developers, administrators, and project teams on integration-related initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate integration needs into architectural guidance and platform capabilities.
  • Ensure integrations meet performance, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Support the evaluation of new ServiceNow integration capabilities and technologies, advising on their fit within the existing architecture.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including integration patterns, reference architectures, and governance models.
  • Act as a mentor and thought leader, promoting architectural excellence and continuous improvement across the ServiceNow community at PepsiCo.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • 5+ years in a ServiceNow Architect or senior design role.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Highly desirable certifications: ServiceNow Architecture Excellence (ArchX), Certified Technical Architect (CTA), or Certified Master Architect (CMA).
  • Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, with a strong focus on integration technologies and patterns.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, scripting (JavaScript, Jelly), and web technologies (HTML, CSS, AngularJS, AJAX, REST, JSON, XML).
  • Experience designing and reviewing ServiceNow integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., HR, ITOM, SecOps).
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
  • Proven ability to review and guide integration solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business needs.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
