Your role will be to deliver category growth in all customers through: Selling against commercial and customer plans to ensure we secure ranging, displays and promotional support of our brands; Sell with insights to influence all potential sales drivers such as share of shelf, front of store, off location and front-end execution; Drive profitability through managing mix of products displayed.

Responsibilities
- Territory Management & Execution: Oversee a diverse customer base (e.g., Woolworths, Coles, Independents, etc.) ensuring flawless execution of customer plans and adherence to journey plans.
- Relationship Building & Influence: Develop strong relationships with store and grocery managers to influence stock levels, secure incremental displays, and ensure compliance with display agreements.
- Sales & Promotion Execution: Drive new product development (NPD) and promotional activities, ensuring in-store standards like planograms are met and staff are well-informed.
- Business Growth & Strategy Delivery: Identify and secure new business opportunities, execute commercial calendar initiatives, and align with sales strategies and performance metrics (PACE).
- Data-Driven Insights & Stakeholder Engagement: Use store scan data and business reviews to drive sales, maintain tools of trade, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for multi-site execution.
Qualifications
About you
- Customer Supply Chain Knowledge: Understand the full customer supply chain to influence product availability on shelves.
- Sales Growth & Execution Planning: Identify in-store sales opportunities aligned with key objectives and develop actionable plans to improve execution.
- Category & Data Literacy: Interpret and apply category insights effectively in customer interactions to support sales conversations.
- Effective Selling & Negotiation: Conduct persuasive, natural sales conversations, anticipate objections, and apply negotiation techniques to drive outcomes.
- Retail Math Application: Confidently use retail mathematics during sales discussions to support business cases and influence decisions.
