We are looking for a General Sales Support Junior Analyst to join our team and play a key role in supporting commercial operations in Chile. In this position, you will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timely execution of customer and vendor data processes that directly impact day-to-day business performance. You will be at the center of operations, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and field sales to maintain up-to-date information, support market needs, and enable efficient decision-making.
What You'll Do
As a General Sales Support Junior Analyst, you will:
- Execute Key Workflows: Manage customer account activations, updates, and deactivations, ensuring accuracy and timely completion in line with service expectations.
- Support Vendor Assignments: Coordinate and execute vendor assignment processes based on business priorities and market requirements.
- Ensure Data Accuracy: Maintain and validate customer and vendor information to guarantee reliable and up-to-date data across systems.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Continuously seek opportunities to simplify and improve processes, enhancing efficiency and reducing complexity.
- Resolve Issues Effectively: Identify, track, and support the resolution of operational issues, ensuring a high level of service delivery.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with stakeholders and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of processes and alignment with business needs.
What You Bring
Way of working:
- You will work Monday to Friday, 5:00 am–2:00 pm (Mexico City Time), allowing for greater work-life balance in the afternoons. This is a home office role, with the flexibility to be onsite when needed to support key business activities.
Technical Skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills are a plus).
- Experience working with data systems such as SAP or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of data management and reporting.
- Professional proficiency in Business English (written and spoken).
