Responsibilities

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our dynamic team to supervise the performance and maintenance of the activities of the van sales representatives in order to achieve maximum profitability and growth in accordance with organization plans.

Accountabilities:

  • Sales Management
  • Formulate and manage plans ie. volume, price & promotions
  • Analyse sales forecasts & competitor activities
  • Negotiate and manage price, promotions, services & special deals
  • Manage promotional assets & equipment
  • Manage internal/ 3rd party/ agents performance
  • Control working capital items e.g. debtors day & product returns
  • Manage customer relationships
  • Support customers
  • People Growth
  • Approve functional plan
  • Formalise department structure
  • Manage performance of own team
  • Manage talent plan of own team
  • Achieve functional value
  • Systems, Procedures and Practices Framework
  • Implement functional plan and projects

Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Business / Commercial or equivalent

5 to 6 years working experience in FMCG environment

Valid drivers license
