Delivery Process Manager

Ensure the efficiency of the delivery process while adhering to performance measurement standards.

Ensure the delivery of orders in a proper manner.

Interview with delivery representatives and discuss daily performance summaries.

Review the delivery report of failed orders with each pre-sales representative.

Optimal use of the distribution vehicle fleet.

Responsible for the efficiency of loading to ensure correct delivery.

Work on updating routes.

Follow up on customer routes assigned to him.

Assist in the continuous improvement of routes and tools through the expertise gained from the market.

Ensure that sales tools align with needs and work plans.

Unloading refrigerators (in case of wholesale sales).

Contribute to training, guidance, and implementation of health and safety programs in the market.

High qualification.

Technical background, preferably experience in food industry companies.

Good knowledge of basic software applications for daily use (Routing, Excel, Software).

Driving license is preferred.

Language skills: Basic English.
