Operate equipment in the processing area according to procedures to meet daily production plans by producing quality products and saving costs.
Perform specific shifts, in detail, according to the predefined categories at the beginning and end of each shift.
Operate assigned equipment in the processing area to implement daily production plans according to the procedure. Check the stable and safe operation of the equipment during the working shift.
Check product quality at assigned locations including PAE checks for products, checking the thickness of sliced potatoes, checking moisture content, salt content... according to the frequency specified in the production process.
Clean equipment and the workshop according to the cleaning procedure after production and the factory's cleaning schedule.
Supervise the compliance of third-party contractor employees and staff with the rules and regulations in the working area and report any violations to the Production Team Leader or Production Supervisor.
Adhere to work procedures, regulations on labor safety, GMP, environmental protection, 5S... to achieve the control targets (KPIs) in the production area.
Record fully, accurately, and at the correct frequency the operating parameters of the equipment, product quality test results, the number of raw materials used during the shift... in the report forms.
Report any incidents occurring during the production shift to the Production Team Leader or Production Supervisor.
Propose improvements or participate in project groups (if any) to enhance labor productivity, reduce production costs, and improve production efficiency.
Graduated from secondary technical education or higher.
Communication skills.
Preferred understanding of quality management systems and VSATTP.
Ability to work shifts.
Careful, diligent, disciplined, and honest.
