This role will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and ongoing management of PepsiCo's Consumer Data Platform (CDP) and First-Party (1P) Data Collection initiatives across the AMESA region, with a primary focus on Egypt, KSA, Pakistan, and South Africa.
As a key link between PepsiCo's 1P data collection systems and our marketing agency partners, this role will ensure that the data we capture is effectively activated, optimized, and transformed into actionable insights—driving smarter marketing strategies and stronger consumer connections.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Senior Specialist to join our team and support PepsiCo's digital transformation across the AMESA region. This role will be central in driving data acquisition, loyalty initiatives, CRM programs, and MarTech capabilities, ensuring our markets are future-ready and insights-driven.
Key Responsibilities
• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis/engineering role with proven track record working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) for AMPScripts or similar platform such as Responsys, Silverpop, AdobeCampaign, Eloqua, etc • 2+ yrs of overall Digital Marketing experience • Ensure successful rendering across a wide variety of basic infrastructure in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms:
Data Extensions, Queries, Triggered Send Definitions, and Microsites • Experience working within a brand environment, with collaboration with agencies and marketers • Knowledge of AMESA digital landscape is a plus
