The Marketing Executive will assist in planning, executing, and tracking all marketing projects/activities for assigned brands/projects of Non-PC Platform, including Poca EP (Extruded & Pellet), Poca Coated Peanut, Import & other New Innovations (such as Wafer, Nut Cracker…).
Strategic Initiatives:
- Assist Manager to build the marketing strategy for total Oat & future portfolio category.
- Assist Manager to develop annual marketing plan and initiative calendar.
- Provide support and inputs for Manager to develop Strategic Business Plan (SBP), Acceleration Plan.
- Assist Manager to deliver core product competitiveness for: from product quality to packaging design/quality.
Innovation for Rice cracker, Quaker & Future portfolio: Konjac, Premium Nuts & Seeds…
- Support in develop innovation idea & concept, sales plan.
- Support in Gate document preparation, including P&L alignment.
- Support in formulation, packaging development
- Research: co-work & assist Insight for all related research projects, from Product/ Consumer/ Market research.
- Lead packaging design. This require working closely with internal (QC, GP, Production, Supply & Demand team) to deliver on time in full: product registration, product trial, transition plan, co-work with supplier (film/ material) for color proof/ sample test/ standard sample approval.
- Key coordinator to work closely with cross function & external stakeholders like supplier, coman to ensure production readiness.
- Support in deploying launching plan (including launching event, sales support activities (sampling, tools of trade…), communication).
- Monitoring & tracking performance.
A&M management:
- Work closely with Marketing Director, ABM, and relevant cross functions to allocate & monitor A&M budget; Prepare paperwork for getting A&M budget approval.
- A&M reconciliation: Work closely with Planning & brand team to reconcile A&M budget monthly, quarterly & year-end.
- P2P process: lead & ensure all projects/task comply with process.
- All other monthly/quarterly reporting: take responsibility to input data.
- Own system input & fulfill to ensure A&M budget information is correct vs reality & reflect changes
GCS, Artwork approval & all reporting:
- Own GCS (Global Control Standard) monitoring: ensure timely remediation of any control deficiencies from all MKT team
- In charge to keep track, input data for all other quarterly report & ensure 100% approval
Monitor market/ Consumers:
- Tracks and continuously improves performance of initiatives.
- Conduct market/ consumer visit to obtain feedbacks.
- Monitors competitor activity and growth opportunities.
- Improves implementation to increase performance and competitiveness.
University graduation, preferable MKT/ Commerce/ Economic major, experience 1 year in MKT or FMCG industry.
Ability to work with different people and expert, good organization impact with confidence.
Ability to work with both statistics and creativity.
Marketing and project management experience is preferable.
Good at English, especially Writing skill is preferable.
Basic Digital knowledge (especially Facebook/YouTube/TikTok) is preferable
