Responsibilities

This role plays a critical role within the People Experience & Operations Services organization, responsible for enabling effective change management, service activations, and culture evolution across LATAM.

This role supports the internal PExOps team, the broader HR community, and managers across the organization, ensuring that transformation efforts are well-communicated, people-centered, and successfully adopted.

Leading a team of three professionals across LATAM, the manager drives initiatives that help employees and leaders navigate change, strengthen the People Experience function's impact, and embed a cohesive, purpose-driven culture across the region.

Your scope would consist of:

  • Transformation Enablement & Readiness: Design and implement strategies and frameworks that enable successful transformation, service activations, and cultural shifts within People & Ops across LATAM.
  • Conduct stakeholder and readiness assessments to anticipate challenges and support adoption.
  • Partner with People & Ops service leads, HR teams, and business stakeholders to embed enablement practices into initiatives.
  • Provide coaching, tools, and guidance to HR professionals and managers to strengthen their change leadership capabilities.
  • Measure progress and adoption to continuously improve readiness and effectiveness across the organization.
  • Develop clear and engaging communication strategies and content that bring change, culture, and service activations to life.
  • Create toolkits, presentations, newsletters, and storytelling materials that inspire understanding and connection.
  • Ensure all messaging is consistent, inclusive, and aligned with global PX tone and brand.
  • Partner with Communications and HR teams to ensure cohesive narratives across LATAM and global platforms.
  • Support the implementation and evolution of the People & Ops culture model across LATAM, ensuring alignment with global principles and local realities.
  • Build a sense of belonging, collaboration, and shared purpose within the People & Ops team and HR community.
  • Partner with HRBPs and leaders to cascade cultural principles and behaviors to managers and teams across the organization.
  • Facilitate initiatives, workshops, and campaigns that reinforce the desired culture and values in everyday work.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

  • 5+ years of experience in change management, culture transformation, or HR operations roles.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-regional teams and manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Experience within HR, People Experience, or Employee Services environments.
  • Strong track record of developing and delivering impactful internal communications and enablement content.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills — able to create content that drives clarity, alignment, and engagement.
  • Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of employee experience, culture, and transformation dynamics.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus).
