QA HR Operations Analyst

QA HR Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all payroll-related inputs—both fixed and variable, online and offline—submitted for processing. Acting as the primary liaison between the People Function and the Payroll team, this role ensures seamless communication and coordination with Markets and Payroll Teams, quality assurance agenda and supports standardization and customer service excellence. Additionally, they manage severance administration processes in addition to mass restructure projects support acting as the single point of contact between Markets, Transformation and Local People teams, ensuring compliance, timeliness and consistency across the assigned Operating Unit. Support QA Capability Lead in implementing standardized processes for their markets and ensuring compliance with agreed operational procedures. The associate also plays a key role regarding payroll audits and GCS controls.

Responsibilities

  • Act as point of contact in all HR related payroll (Fixed/ Variable) inputs ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of HR input into the HR system and to the payroll unit enabling the timely interface of payroll data into the payroll system;
  • Develop and maintain Payroll Calendar, input consolidation and validation tools and processes in partnership with Payroll team;
  • Consolidate and validate changes report received from HRA and relevant HR departments and submit to the payroll team as per the agreed reports and SLAs;
  • Consolidate and validate 100% of fixed monthly payroll inputs and submit to the Payroll unit as per the agreed SLAs;
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations with the payroll team to ensure all payroll inputs are captured and processed accurately;
  • Deliver standardized reporting and analytics for the work assigned as per the agreed on reporting framework;
  • Resolve Tier 2 payroll queries;
  • Work with PE&Ops team, Payroll unit and relevant stakeholders in streamlining and/or automating HR fixed and variable payroll inputs consolidation, validation & submission processes;
  • Act as the key contact regarding all payroll audits, provide relevant information and support documents to internal and external auditors;
  • Continuously work on improving the controls for this area;
  • Act as first line of support for connector and replication issues (EC/payroll systems);
  • Handling sensitive employee information with discretion.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Turkish;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, or similar function;
  • High attention to details and continuous improvement mindset;
  • Great communication skills and customer focus;
  • Willingness to learn and process curiosity;
  • Problem solving and hands on attitude;
  • Great collaborator and someone who thrives working in a team;
  • Very good knowledge of HR processes and experience of working with HR systems (alternatively Payroll processes or systems);
  • Exposure to quality assurance and control activities is an advantage.
  • Time management – ability to focus and get things done and know what is business critical; able to deal with conflicting priorities and ambiguity.
