Foods Frontline Sales Management
This role leads Foods frontline sales management and RCD enablement/engagement. It is designed to strengthen sales total capability building, including business competency and soft skills; frontline execution capabilities by optimized KPI, R&R, standardized playbook and digital system; RCD capabilities; and RCD loyalty by engagement programs. It will be the key cornerstone to drive Foods IDT "push muscle" to enable future growth.
Responsibilities
Develop sales capability building strategy & framework
- Design end-to-end training journeys and scalable frameworks for frontline sales, managers, and leaders; based on needs assessments to identify skill gaps across regions
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to ensure alignment with market-specific needs and customize if needed
Drive program content development; Create engaging training programs (eLearning, workshops, job aids) focused on:
- Business Planning: Sales strategy, forecasting, and territory management.
- Customer Management and WCCE: Negotiation, relationship-building, and key account best practices.
- Store Execution: Merchandising, compliance, and in-store operational excellence.
Deliver training programs and lead Division workshops
- Deliver dynamic in-person, virtual, and hybrid workshops to global audiences.
- Implement train-the-trainer programs to sustain capability-building locally.
Design and constantly upgrade Foods frontline executional system
- Assess and redesign PEP frontline sales SOP, including business analysis, RCD management, perfect store execution
- Develop playbook/guidebook for scaled execution
- Embed annual and quarterly must-win battles into execution system
Deploy frontline execution into digitalized TU system
- Work with digital team to redesign TU functions to reflect key management skills
- Track performances and work MU to uplift frontline performances
Enable RCD capabilities with right opty. identification and capabilities upgrade
- Define right RCD capability model according to PEP GTM network, including distribution, activation and functional capabilities (org, finance, supply chain, digital etc.)
- Build capability by training and digital solutions
- Work with frontline to specifically run capability programs
Build RCD loyalty and sustainability with engagement programs; Design and implement engagement programs, including RCD club, bootcamps etc. to build long term partnerships

- Rich experience in frontline sales management and execution
- Strong leadership skills to mobilize frontline and cross-functional teams
