Sales reporting, analysis, insight development for the Amazon Fresh business including weekly sales performance reports, monthly and quarterly business review analyses, and ad hoc analyses
Develop innovation launch support plans, collaborate with cross functional team for new product set up, customer sell in, and trial driving tactics
Partner with finance to align product pricing recommendations, build promotional budget
Collaborate with supply chain on monthly/quarterly forecasting, and fulfillment execution to achieve best fill rate and mitigate OOS
Invoicing and Finance account support (e.g., pricing, invoicing, AR/AP, trade management)
Develop new solutions/ recommendations/ directions basis full understanding of the context and problems/ issues being unearthed while analysing the data
Years of experience: 7+
Proven success with cross-functional teams, project coordination, consistent execution, & follow up
Strong analytical skills – as evidenced by high intelligence and previous ownership of comprehensive analytical tasks and projects
Cross-functional "literacy" – as evidenced by the ability to work with support functions such as Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance
Strong problem-solving capabilities – as evidenced by a track record of finding feasible solutions to complex problems, especially in an environment with incomplete information and tight timelines
Needs to be able to marry various sources of data and draw inferences, insights
Instinct for execution—as evidenced by strong organizational skills, prompt follow-up, and focus on task completion. Needs to be a self starter and should look to add continuous value to the business and the analysis
Sound communication skills – as evidenced by the ability to educate and influence internal and external staff
