Customer Service Coordinator

SodaStream Breda is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our EU North team. We are looking for someone who is passionate, curious and always striving to do better. If you would like to work with an energetic and fun team and represent a strong global brand this might be your dream job! The role is located in our office in Breda and reports to our EU North Customer Service Manager.

At SodaStream we believe in the importance of great customer service and as a Customer Service Coordinator you will have an important role within the company. You will be responsible for administrative tasks connected to orders, returns, claims etc. The role comes with a bunch of great colleagues within our EU North team. We are looking for someone who wants to take part in the fun and contribute to our unique culture and spirit.

We have an EU North Customer Service team, with coworkers representing the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. This role will work mainly in the Benelux markets but will also have a supporting function towards the Nordic markets.

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities

  • Manage order entries, customer queries, returns and claims
  • Provide our customers with great service over email
  • Develop and improve processes and ways of working
  • Contribute to our positive team spirit and work environment
  • Other administrative tasks

Qualifications

Experience

  • Fluent in spoken and written Dutch is a requirement
  • A good level of English in writing and speaking is needed
  • It is a plus if you have experience using case systems such as Netsuite or Zendesk, otherwise you are eager to learn and work with it.

  • Motivated and energetic with a positive attitude
  • Customer and service oriented
  • Proactive and not afraid to speak up and take own initiatives
  • Like working in a fast speed, fun environment where a lot happens
