This role plays a crucial part in ensuring our daily operations in the Make to Deploy value stream of SAP S/4 HANA are working flawlessly, thereby allowing our business to focus on what they do best. You will be working with several talented professionals across various SAP S/4 HANA values streams and third-party legacy applications to monitor and resolve issues in our production environment.

Responsibilities

• As part of the PFNA DevSecOps (DSO) organization, you will be responsible to ensure that the core Make to Deploy operations are working as expected with zero disruptions
• This role will be responsible to understand, lead and support various business processes across MTD-IM such as Stock transfers, batch & inventory management, physical inventory, analytical reports etc. which are crucial for day-to-day business operations
• Work with business users to understand their issues, reported via incidents, and engage with other functional and technical teams to drive them to resolution
• Consult with the global teams to redesign processes in SAP to streamline them and improve efficiencies
• Monitor the process flows, jobs, IDOCs etc. and identify avenues that can be optimized to further strengthen our core processes
• Should be able to understand the business process to map the requirements in SAP using standard solution methodology.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences, deal with ambiguity, and succeed in a high-pressure environment

Qualifications

• Minimum Experience of 10-12 Years
• 8+ year of experience in Procure to pay cycle covering the critical aspects of Purchasing, Inventory Management & Invoice Verification, working with various Stock Transport Order scenarios.
• Should be experienced in handling and preparation of Functional Specifications and to work with developer to translate business requirements into clear technical requirements
• Should have cross functional expertise and experienced in integration with OTC, RTR, PTP, FTS etc. value streams
• Strong knowledge on working with integration with other applications using EDIs, IDOCs, SAP PI/PO etc.
• Ability to be a strong team player in a hybrid team of employees and contractors and lead them as required to help ensure on time delivery of requirement by the team.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management and able to liaise with business stakeholders to drive end to end project implementation.
• Strong Knowledge and experience on PTP specific technical objects
• Should demonstrate excellent communication skills & consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization
