The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will play a pivotal role in leading the regional PFS operational teams. The ASM will work collaboratively with their counterpart, i.e. PFS Regional Managers & Divisional, across all PepsiCo Bus, i.e. Foods, Beverages, Snacks, Grains and Bakeries within the Modern Trade channel. The primary objective is to ensure that PepsiCo SA wins in the SA market with its customers, consumers and shoppers. The ASM will provide leadership and direction to their regional sales operations teams ensuring Every Day Great Execution (EDGE) of PepsiCo's objectives in the marketplace.
The role will work very closely with the Customer teams, Demand Acceleration teams, Marketing team and CS&L using all levers available to achieve the growth objectives and precision execution in stores across the PepsiCo portfolio.
