In This Role, You Will Help Us Deliver Our Famous Brands To People Who Love Them Across Canada. Here Is What You Will Do:

• Repair, install, clean, sterilize, and ensure the proper functioning of all equipment, both on company premises and off-site.
• Deliver, install, and remove all Premix/Postmix/Juice/Refrigerator equipment.
• Complete a detailed report of each service call and relevant job-related documents and work with a laptop.
• Be available to provide evening service on weekdays and weekends.
• Report to the dispatcher at the start and end of each call.
• Maintain a sufficient and accurate inventory of parts at all times.
• Ensure that all necessary tools are available.
• Provide a written report on any vehicle accidents or other incidents.
• Maintain the truck in good working condition and report any defects in writing.
• Keep the interior of the truck clean.
• Perform any other related tasks.
• Have the flexibility to work in all geographic areas of the region.

Required Qualifications:

• Successfully completed a DEP in refrigeration and/or a DEP in home appliances, with experience in repairing automatic dispensers and fountain equipment, as well as carbonation systems.
• Basic knowledge of electronics and computers.
• Successfully complete written and practical tests on our equipment.
• Hold a class 5 driver's license.
• Show initiative and have a sense of organization.
• Be able to diagnose and establish a work plan at each client and/or on the equipment inside.
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a clean and neat appearance at all times.
• Be able to establish and maintain good relations with customers as needed.
