Na Dmo Supplier Service Delivery Analyst
The NA DMO Supplier Service Delivery Analyst is responsible for validating vendor and supplier information to ensure accuracy, prevent fraud, and maintain compliance with internal and external regulations. Key tasks include IRS TIN Matching, GIACT validations, W8/W9 documentation review, and confirmation of basic supplier data.
Responsibilities
- Perform TIN validation/matching activities using the IRS TIN Matching portal.
- Accurately compare and validate vendor-submitted TINs and legal names.
- Identify and escalate mismatches or invalid records to appropriate teams for resolution.
- Track, monitor, and report on TIN validation volumes, status, and exceptions.
- Review and validate W8/W9 documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Execute GIACT validations to confirm the legitimacy of bank account details and reduce risk of payment fraud.
- Conduct call-back confirmations with vendors and suppliers to verify banking, contact, and business information as part of the onboarding and change request processes.
- Maintain a high level of data quality and compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Work closely with NA DMO Supplier Champion, NA DMO Supplier Service Delivery team, and NEXUS teams to ensure timely and accurate validations.
- Follow standard operating procedures and participate in process improvement initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $69,900 - $117,000.

- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in data validation, compliance, vendor onboarding, or fraud prevention.
- Familiarity with IRS TIN Matching and GIACT validation tools.
- Strong communication skills for conducting vendor call-backs and handling sensitive data (English is a must, Spanish and French also preferred).
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and tracking tools; experience with SAP or ServiceNow is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
