PepsiCo Canada Supply Chain HR New Grad
Location: Cambridge, ON
Compensation: $66,700 annually
Schedule: 5 days per week in office (Mon-Fri)
We're looking for an energetic, results-driven and independent individual who has graduated between 2024-2026 to join the PepsiCo Supply Chain team as an HR New Grad. As part of your New Grad position, you will be a part of the SC HR Team supporting our Frito-Lay Cambridge Site, driving the employee relations and campus agenda.

Responsibilities
- Strategically lead and fully execute key HR initiatives that support PepsiCo's vision
- Key business partner to operations leaders
- Design and execute talent strategies for the operations (including campus engagement and intern program)
- Partner with leaders to build capability and manage performance
- Execute key platforms of the employee and labour relations agenda, including acting as an employee advocate and supporting dispute resolution
- Coach and guide leaders and frontline employees regarding company policies, values, HR programs and collective bargaining agreement (benefits, pay and salary) administration and interpretation, to ensure policies and procedures are executed consistently across the operations
- Partner with the business to develop and execute site level strategies to improve employee onboarding, Organizational Health and culture
- Lead and participate in Diversity, Inclusion & Equity initiatives
- Understand the business and operate from both a strategic and tactical perspective
Qualifications
- Graduated between 2024-2026 from a post-secondary program in Human Resources, Business, or Business/Management focus and applicable degrees
- Previous internships or working experience in Human Resources is preferred
- Savvy communicator with strong relationship management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) is essential
- Must be able to set priorities & take initiative
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and influence
- Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated analytical abilities
