Responsibilities
- Preparing documents related to HR administration – personal changes, and terminations
- Entering and maintaining data in our HR systems
- Recording our employees' training records
- Participating in processes to improve our procedures
- Participating in team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Required language German
- Fluent English is a must
- Basic MS Office skills
- Attention to details and ability to focus
- Eagerness to learn and develop in the area of Human Resources
