At Peper & Co, we are the mobile recruitment department for SMEs. No outsourcing, no agency model, but a strategic recruitment partner that works on visibility, proposition, and employer branding. We make sure employers stand out, attract the right people, and make the whole recruitment process work. From first touchpoint to start date.

We are looking for a recruitment business partner with a marketing instinct: someone who combines content and candidate experience. Who writes job postings that people click on, but also knows how to attract the attention of potential customers with smart content. Who thinks from the target group and knows the difference between a nice text and a strategic message. And who knows: employer branding is not a project, but an ongoing line.

What You Will Do

For Peper & Co

• Create content: social posts, blogs, email campaigns
• Build our employer brand and our positioning towards SMEs
• Invent creative formats and visible campaigns
• Deploy content for job marketing and lead generation
• Stimulate potential customers with posts, cases, blogs, or a sharp call-to-action
• Think about what makes our brand stronger; online and offline

For clients (RPO)

• Actively source candidates and approach them with the right tone of voice
• Write job postings that hit and convert
• Create content that strengthens the employer brand of the client
• Smartly use channels and timing for maximum visibility
• Guide non-matching candidates to other opportunities and thereby signal new clients
• Work together with directors, MT, and hiring managers on a good candidate journey

Where You Will Land

We are down-to-earth, practical, and trust each other. You will join a small, specialist team in Rotterdam. Together we build Peper & Co, our clients, and each other. We combine short lines with smart ideas and solid commitment. With good (and tasty) food, healthy energy, and down-to-earth communication, we make it a success together.

We prefer to work in the office, the place where ideas are directly turned into action and teamwork is a matter of course. Working from home can be arranged, for example to write in peace, meet a deadline, or arrange something at home. We trust that you know what works best.

What We Are Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment - marketing - employer branding, for example at an agency, in-house or as an intercedent, recruitment marketer, etc.
• You write fluently, purposefully, and with a sense of target group and tone of voice
• You know the power of employer branding, recruitment funnels, and job marketing
• You understand the difference between reach and effect and focus on the latter
• You work independently but like to think together
• You have an affinity with recruitment & marketing and the ambition to grow in this
• You are familiar with tools like Canva, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.

What You Will Get

• €2,800 – €3,500 gross per month based on 40 hours
• Contract for 32 hours per week
