Pay: $20–$21/hour Schedule: Mon–Thu, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (4-day work week, in-office) Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire (after 90 days) Dress Code: Business Attire

We're looking for an energetic, motivated Telesales Representative to drive sales and build relationships through outbound calls in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 60+ outbound calls/day to existing, lost, or new customers
• Evaluate customer data to find the best approach & offers
• Close sales over the phone and verify order details
• Log calls & orders in Salesforce CRM
• Email and follow up with accounts as needed
• Call dealers to place & verify orders
• Keep product knowledge up to date

Performance Goals

• 60+ outbound calls/day after training
• Minimum $10,000 in sales/month

Qualifications & Skills

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• High energy, self-motivated, competitive mindset
• Previous outbound calling sales experience
• Comfortable with computers (Salesforce a plus)
