Calling all detail-oriented HR Benefits Specialists with strong Paycom expertise and a background in benefits administration!

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who thrives in reporting, reconciliation, and vendor communications — with the flexibility of a part-time, remote schedule!

Pay: $30–$32 per hour Schedule: Part-time | Monday, Wednesday, Friday Location: Fully Remote | Long-Term Contract (Potential for Permanent Placement January 2026)

Key Responsibilities

• Run, generate, and analyze reports directly from Paycom
• Support daily benefits administration across medical, dental, vision, wellness, STD/LTD, and retirement plans
• Answer staff benefits-related questions and manage vendor communications
• Reconcile benefits invoices with accuracy and timeliness
• Utilize Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, reporting functions) for data analysis and tracking
• Ensure compliance and accuracy across benefits processes

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have Paycom experience
• Must have benefits administration background (medical, dental, vision, wellness, STD/LTD, retirement plans)
• Strong knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
• Ability to generate, run, and interpret Paycom reports
• Skilled at reconciling invoices and ensuring accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
