What You'll Do as a Customer Service & Warehouse Associate

Customer Service (50%)

• Greet and assist walk-in and call-in customers
• Enter and manage orders using Microsoft Office and/or QuickBooks
• Provide product information & resolve inquiries efficiently
• Keep the front counter organized and stocked

Warehouse Operations (50%)

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders with accuracy
• Fabricate custom-length K-style gutters (training provided)
• Load/unload trucks & safely operate a sit-down forklift
• Conduct cycle counts, restock inventory, and maintain cleanliness
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory management

What We're Looking For in a Customer Service & Warehouse Associate

• Reliable & punctual with strong attendance
• Detail-oriented and accurate in all tasks
• Team-minded with a positive attitude
• Comfortable in a physically active, blue-collar environment
• Microsoft Office & QuickBooks experience preferred
• Forklift experience a plus (training available)
• Previous warehouse experience in picking, packing, or inventory management
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not required
