Customer Service Representative
PeopleShare is seeking experienced customer service representatives in the Glen Mills area!
Schedule: Monday-Friday normal business hours and occasional Saturdays
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
Customer Service Representative Job Description:
- Analyzes, researches, and resolves problems and discrepancies related to customer accounts in an effort to provide first contact resolution. Refers problems that are beyond their authority to their supervisor.
- Evaluates needs of potential customers and offers appropriate products and services.
- Responds to general customer inquiries
Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have the ability to prioritize and multitask assigned responsibilities
