Location: South River, NJ
Type: Temp through Christmas, top performers extended into January
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am-5pm
Saturday OT required typically runs 10am-2pm (lunch provided)
Mandatory OT will run from the Saturday after Thanksgiving through the weekend before Christmas
Pay Rate: $19-20/hr.
• Provides account information to customers including but not limited to order status and information, histories, and changes to orders.
• Assists customers with inquiries and concerns about product and orders.
• Provides timely resolution of customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries.
• Builds effective relationships and trust with customers and potential customers by listening to their needs and educating them about the MoMA products and services that are most appropriate to their situation.
• Responds effectively to customers with complaints and concerns by determining the reason and offering possible alternatives.
• Maintains knowledge of changes to product inventory, current sales promotions, catalogs and schedule of exhibitions and events at MoMA.
• Processes customer transactions including but not limited to selling and redeeming coupons, refunds, exchanges and replacements. Ensures all necessary information is accurate and included prior to completing transaction.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
• One to two years related experience or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with using Email, Google Documents, Excel, Order Management Systems: Teamwork and Shopify, knowledge of Zendesk
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
• Ability to work independently, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, work at a productive pace, and respond with a sense of urgency to address and resolve customer issues and inquiries.
