Customer Service Representative
Local cable company is seeking multiple Customer Service Reps!
Location: Birdsboro, PA
Pay: $16.50/hour
Schedule:
- Training on 1st shift: 8:30am – 5:00pm (Mon–Fri)
- After training, schedule will shift to 10:30am – 7:00pm (Mon–Fri)
- Saturdays: 8:30am – 5:00pm (2 Saturdays per month; one weekday off when scheduled on Saturday)
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Maintain a strong knowledge of evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields
- Strong ability to build rapport with clients and customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and problem-solve
- Positive, professional demeanor with a customer-centric personality
- Must have office-based customer service experience or proven longevity in a retail environment
- Solid computer skills; quick learner of new systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
