Schedule: Monday – Friday | Hours: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Location: Lithia Springs, GA 30122 Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour | Weekly Pay

Are you a dependable warehouse professional with a knack for speed, precision, and teamwork? We're looking for an experienced Selector to join our fast-paced distribution team in Lithia Springs, GA.

What You'll Do

• Safely and efficiently operate a double pallet jack (required: 1–3 years of experience)
• Select and label orders from warehouse locations, including some high-reach areas
• Build and secure pallets for delivery—ensuring all loads are stable and accurate
• Perform pre/post equipment inspections and follow all SyscoSafe work methods
• Maintain a strong sense of urgency in a production-driven environment
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience operating a double pallet jack (no exceptions)
• High-reach experience is a plus
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly (team lifts for heavier items)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Willingness to work overtime when the workload demands it
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
