How will you contribute to the project?
In view of the growth of the SME & Integrators business and the challenges for 2025, we are opening new positions of Partner Account Manager on the SME side, to join the partnership team.
Your mission will be to understand the accounting and financial management challenges of SME leaders, the expectations of our partner integrators, and what Pennylane can bring to these two populations.
What will be your daily missions?
Every day, your main missions will be:
Management of strategic partners with high growth potential:
- Definition and implementation of an action plan with the general management, commercial direction and all commercial teams of the partner
- Animation of the partnership as close to the field as possible with physical presence at the managed partners, to encourage the growth dynamic
- Implementation of proactive and impactful actions (marketing, commercial, product actions...) aimed at accelerating the business generated by the partner
- Animation and follow-up of a Resell and Cosell pipe to pilot the business in the most refined way possible, to put the partner in motion and make it shine internally
Recruitment of strategic partners:
- Detect, recruit and onboard integrators with high development potential for Pennylane
- Find the most impactful levers to get a partner from 0 to several projects as quickly as possible following the dynamics of the RFE (Electronic Invoicing Reform) on the market
- Be identified by all stakeholders at the partner (management, commerce, consulting) to create a relationship of trust Day1 and crank the business quickly
Becoming a Pennylane commercial expert:
- Be able to quickly make "sparkle" demos of the tool to onboard the commercial teams of our partners and assist them at their client events
- Train the commercial staff of the partners by selling the Pennylane value, transforming them from "functionality" sellers to "vision" sellers and bringing down their current enthusiasm for the offer
Being a true team player and becoming a major player in the Partnerships team:
- Make your proactive actions with impact shine on your partners to inspire the team and participate in a virtuous dynamic
- Feed the strategic reflections thanks to the relevant and proactive feedback of the partners of your portfolio
- Be able to make the team shine internally by imposing your legitimacy and relevance with the many internal stakeholders (AE, Marketing, Ops...)
Position based in Paris, Lyon or Rennes, involving frequent travel.
Profile sought
You have at least 7 years of experience in indirect commercial functions, ideally in the accounting software or financial management sector, at software publishers or integrators.
You like commercial relationship and spending time with your partners/clients, going to lunches, attending trade shows, traveling on the field. This field is key with integrators!
You are creative and never give up to achieve your goals in your area of action
You can work in a challenging and fast-moving environment
You are eager to learn and progress in your sales profession and show yourself as a force of proposal in the face of the problems you encounter
You have a strong ability to collaborate on a daily basis with other teams, you remain conciliant
You have knowledge of the compta-tech/fin-tech ecosystem
You have an English level that allows you to have professional exchanges within the company, and to make presentations.

- Second interview with Jean-Baptiste, Partnership Development Team Leader (1 hour)
- Third interview is a use case with Jean-Baptiste, Brieuc - VP Partner Sales and one of our Team Lead SME (1 hour)
- Last round with Edouard, co-founder and VP Sales
- Team Fit with several members of the team
