Logistics/Warehouse Support Specialist

ASRC Federal Facilities Logistics, LLC, a division of ASRC Federal, is seeking a Logistics/Warehouse Support Specialist to support one of our Supply Chain/Logistics programs supporting the Defense Logistics Agency. This is a temporary, non-exempt position that will not exceed 6 months. As such, no benefits may be provided other than those required by law.

Job Description:

• Inspect incoming material/record receipt on computer
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move material
• Manually wrap/package material
• Operate a computer manifest system for UPS/Parcel Post
• Prepare bills of lading and related paperwork
• Maintain building/equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse
• Ship outbound material
• Keep records and file
• Provide proof of delivery

Qualifications:

• Physical demands include lifting (over 50 lbs), writing, speaking to customer, sitting, attendance, hearing, pushing, standing, reading, walking.
• Candidate must be comfortable using the following equipment: Computer terminal Operate pallet wrapper and strapping machine Operate pallet jacks Operate forklift
• Requirements: HS Diploma + 0-2 years' experience
