Are you ready to lead and inspire a team in a dynamic, fast-paced logistics environment? We're seeking an Operations Supervisor to play a pivotal role in optimizing our day-to-day operations at our new Windgap, PA facility. This is an exciting opportunity to drive efficiency, enhance productivity, and contribute directly to our success while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Shift - 7am - 3:30pm Monday-Friday (Some weekends as needed)

Compensation - $75,000 - 85,000

Responsibilities

• Oversee and train a dedicated team, providing constructive feedback to ensure high productivity and operational excellence.
• Manage daily logistics operations, including efficient handling of incoming and outgoing shipments and precise inventory control.
• Develop and implement production schedules, strategically allocating resources to meet key operational targets.
• Monitor and analyze operational reports, providing critical data to inform decision-making for continuous improvement.
• Maintain and uphold stringent safety standards, quality control, and cost-efficiency measures across all activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in warehouse or logistics, specifically in fulfillment or e-commerce.
• Proven ability to monitor team production goals and consistently meet company KPIs.
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to streamline operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively and foster open communication.
• Capable of performing physical duties, including lifting up to 40 lbs, and comfortable with varying temperatures and noise levels. Frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed, to support operational demands.
