Vintage Auto Sales Manager

Job Opportunity

You will be responsible for guiding customers through the car-buying process, helping them find their dream vehicles, and achieving sales goals while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Your role will involve marketing, showcasing vehicles, conducting test drives, and handling all aspects of the sales transaction.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the dealership.
• Answer inbound dealership phone calls.
• Help customers identify and purchase their desired classic, muscle, or sports car while meeting sales targets.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits.
• Conduct test drives and explain available services.
• Review vehicle purchase, including dealership policies and services.
• Stay informed about current promotions, products, servicing plans, and industry trends for marketing inventory.
• Manage online inventory.
• Respond to all online leads/inquiries.
• Complete all necessary sales documentation accurately and comprehensively.
• Maintain a professional appearance and always uphold a strong work ethic.

Qualifications:

• Vast knowledge of Classic and Muscle Cars.
• Knowledge of Dealer Socket with IDMS & CRM.
• Previous automotive sales experience in a dealership setting is required.
• Strong knowledge and passion for antique, classic, muscle, and sports cars.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail is a must with good organizational skills.
• Proficient with Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Education & Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• Be at least twenty five years of age.
• Possess a Valid driver's license.
• Pass a motor vehicle report & possess an acceptable safe driving record.
• Pass a criminal background check & drug screen.
• Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual & automatic transmission.
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment with accuracy and promptness.
• Professional appearance adheres to Company Uniform Policy and demonstrates a strong work ethic.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with both internal and external customers.
