Within LM Space, the Echo Program Area is looking for a highly motivated individual to join the program area as an entry-level Systems Engineer. This exciting position will fill a critical need in the new and emerging area of protecting space assets. As part of a team, you will have the opportunity during your time on the program to work on Systems Engineer tasks across the full range of the Systems Engineer "V" from requirements and design to verification and everything in between including conops development, interface definition, integration and test, analysis, and planning. You will collaborate with the development teams, other contractors, customers, and other subject matter experts.
You will work closely with your team's Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Associate Chief Engineer to support customer demos and various other milestone events. This position provides the opportunity to be a part of the entire engineering life-cycle, where the candidate will be able to apply their Systems Engineering background at the lowest level all the way up through full system functionality. This is a level 1 role where successful applicants will: typically possess 0-2 years of professional experience and a BS degree.
