Systems Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to support the acquisition maintenance group. This role involves quickly ramping up on products, leading and executing engineering tasks, and alleviating workload from the team lead. Responsibilities include rapidly gaining proficiency with customer products, applying experience in production support and test engineering, leading and following through on assigned tasks and product initiatives, taking ownership of responsibilities to support manager's workload, and utilizing JIRA for task and project tracking.

Essential skills include a highly motivated attitude to complete work and the ability to motivate others, a strong understanding of systems engineering processes, including qualification testing, and familiarity with DO-160 or similar standards for environmental testing of avionics. Additional skills and qualifications include experience with IEC standards similar to RTCA DO-160, proficiency in using tools like Microsoft, DOORS, and JIRA, and an understanding of MIL-STD.

The role is 100% onsite in Exton, PA, with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. The group focuses on obsolescence management within the product line and test equipment issues and development. Dress code and facility conditions adhere to professional engineering environments.

This is a permanent position based out of Exton, Pennsylvania. The pay range for this position is $80,000.00 - $140,000.00/yr. Compensation & benefits include a 10% bonus (50% stock, 50% cash), company-matched 401(k), health benefits, and 3 weeks paid time off. This is a fully onsite position in Exton, PA.
