Shift Supervisor

Under the supervision of the Facility Operations Manager, the Shift Supervisor is responsible for the monitoring of all residents and the supervision of all staff on their shift. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for providing support to the Clinical Staff as needed to ensure that a safe and therapeutic environment is maintained. The Shift Supervisor assumes responsibility in coordination with the Facility Operations Manager for the assignment of staff. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for communicating all significant information between Management Team, Treatment Team and Clinical Techs. The Shift Supervisor is also responsible for conducting shift reports. A minimum of two years supervisory experience in Human Services and/or an addiction field including self-help groups and volunteer work. Applicants must be at least 21 years old. College Degree or 60 college credits beyond HS Diploma required. Experience working with adolescents is preferred.
