We are searching for the best talent for a Sr. Specialist – Commercial Operations Systems. One will be based in either West Chester, PA or Raynham, MA.

Purpose:

The Commercial Operations Enabling Technology Team, this position serves as a critical link between business strategy and field execution—empowering sales growth by delivering key technology solutions to the company's last-mile logistics network. Within Orthopaedics Commercial Operations, the Enabling Technology team is responsible for supporting system testing, managing issues, and ensuring compliance across platforms. The Senior Specialist will play a pivotal role in helping our innovative, new supply chain management platform reach its full potential and drive operational excellence!

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes, and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.

Qualifications:

  • Education: BA/BS required
  • Experience and Skills:
  • Required:
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial operations, sales support, or systems management within a healthcare, medical device, or similar regulated industry.
    • Proven experience with system testing, issue resolution, and technology enablement in a commercial or sales operations environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Preferred:
    • Experience supporting field sales teams or working in a sales operations function.
    • Familiarity with supply chain systems or commercial enablement platforms (SAP or other CRM/ERP platforms).
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Experience with process improvement.

The role is office-based, and is preferred to be located in West Chester, PA or Raynham, MA and requires up to 10% domestic travel.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $77,000-$124,200. Additional Description for Pay Transparency: Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program. Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits: Vacation –120 hours per calendar year Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child Condolence Leave – 30 days for an immediate family member: 5 days for an extended family member Caregiver Leave – 10 days Volunteer Leave – 4 days Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours Additional information can be found through the link below.
