Expected salary range of $108,000 to $120,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

Primary Purpose of Position

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Quality Engineering Analyst to facilitate the entire quality lifecycle of our sales modernization area. This role is pivotal in ensuring that quality is a core component from the program's inception through to delivery. The ideal candidate will execute the quality engineering processes that aligns with the organization's risk appetite, leveraging Agile/Hybrid methodologies and emerging AI tools for test script authoring. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure that high-quality products are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Primary Duties and Accountabilities

• Implement quality processes aligned with the organization's risk tolerance, ensuring risk assessments guide quality engineering decisions.
• Apply quality engineering practices throughout the entire program lifecycle to maintain continuous quality from development through deployment.
• Integrate AI tools for test script creation while developing and evolving a comprehensive testing approach that balances automated and manual testing to continuously improve accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with development teams to embed quality checks within continuous integration and delivery pipelines, enabling early defect detection and resolution.
• Oversee and refine release management processes, including MLOps and AI agent orchestration, to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
• Track and report quality metrics to monitor overall quality health and drive continuous improvement aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead initiatives on advanced code quality tools and performance testing to ensure application reliability and stability.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills with ability to solve new and complex problems quickly
• 5 years of experience in software quality engineering, with a focus on improving process efficiency and effectiveness
• Experience with a variety of quality engineering (QE) testing tools
• Experience working with and building teams that collaborate closely with development and architecture groups on complex projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with PowerBI
• Experience working in sales-driven projects or environments
• Experience testing applications in cloud-hosted environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
