The Sr. HR Generalist is responsible for leading and performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely to support management as they complete their people-related activities in support of the organization's effectiveness and culture. This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities:

• Management coaching and leadership development
• Benefits and compensation administration
• Employee relations and development
• Onboarding and offboarding employees
• Serves as primary contact for leaves, FMLA, and ADAAA process
• Talent acquisition which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants

Preferred Skills:

• Strong time management and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate

Qualifications:

• Minimum five years' human resources generalist experience required
• Thorough knowledge of employment related laws and regulations
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite and HRIS systems
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
